Payments
You may pay by cash, check, or credit card in-full at the time of service to receive a billing courtesy discount. For large treatment plans 3rd party financing, credit cards, or a medical loan can be obtained. A reasonable amount, pre-determined and approved, will be accepted if arrangements are made in advance, once a patient has become a “patient of record”. There is a monthly service charge for outstanding bills, and sometimes treatment must be delayed until an overdue bill is caught up. If you do not desire a courtesy billing discount and have insurance, the estimated difference, the deductible, and/or the co-pay will be required in full. Discounts are only provided to help reduce our billing costs and must be reported to the insurance company; honesty and ethics are important to us.
