An Agreement We Would Like To Make With You

  • We can only “estimate” the costs in advance, if requested; it is not a bid or quote.  Estimates are only based on what we perceive as the problem/treatment, so the estimate would be a cost based on what we see.  We cannot know the actual extent of the treatment until we discover the extent of the problem.  We promise to never provide treatment that will not benefit you, or in excess of what is necessary for a positive outcome and longevity.
  • We will not limit the proper health care needed by what insurance will cover; their interest is not in your health but how little they can pay out.  Payment decisions are based on your policy level, and coverage decisions are made by non-dental clerks that get bonuses based on how much they can save the company.
  • We will submit your insurance forms on your behalf but cannot be assured what the company will pay, even if pre-authorization is received.  If we are not able to get them to pay better, you, as the policy holder, will need to speak or write to them to get what you deserve.  Clerks do not know what is necessary at the time of treatment; we do.
  • We will always have your interest at heart, not ours.
  • We will always do our very best for you, and the best we can do under the circumstances.
  • We will listen to you when you speak to us, and hear what you say.
  • We will do our best to stay on time but cannot guarantee it.  It is our goal to not keep you waiting, and we will always schedule with the goal to see you on time.  We will not work other patients into your reserved time unless there is a true, unavoidable emergency.  We will work you into the schedule if you have a true emergency and hope other patients understand.
  • You must let us know if there is a perceived problem.  That way we have a chance to explain or rectify the problem and apologize, and compensate if necessary.  We are reasonable people and want to work with reasonable people.
  • You should pay for services rendered at the time of service, or if pre-arranged, in a timely manner as agreed.
  • If you appreciate our service, and we earn your business, please tell other friends or relatives about our office so we can maintain positive growth of good patients, such as you, that we have fun working with.
