Our Dental Team
All of our team members are equally concerned about each patient experience and attend continuing education regularly to update their skills and knowledge. Joyce or Chrissy will most often be your primary contact with our office and can provide most answers to questions you may have.
Lois Ladyn, RDH
Dental hygienist Lois Ladyn has been serving patients at Bigfork Dental Center since 1995, but her experience in dentistry is well over thirty years. She graduated with honors from dental hygiene school in 1986. Not only is she very precise and meticulous in hygiene services, but she also is extraordinarily kind and gentle. Our patients often remark that their cleaning with Lois is the most thorough they've ever experienced. In her spare time, Lois enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs; she is also an avid hiker, cross-country skier, and researcher for a USGS grizzly bear DNA study.
Joyce
Joyce has been with the practice since 1984, and has over 37 years of experience in dentistry. She began as a chairside dental assistant (and is still excellent in this capacity) and is radiology certified, but eventually moved to her current role as office manager. She is a wealth of information, and her friendliness, sincerity, and positive attitude make her a favorite with our patients. Joyce knows a great deal not only about the technical aspects of dentistry, but also can assist with insurance billing, scheduling, and financial questions.
Chrissy
Chrissy began at Bigfork Dental Center in 2000. She graduated from The Apollo Dental Assisting School in Spokane, and has since continued her training to attain numerous certifications, including Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Certified Dental Practice Management Assistant (CDPMA), and Certified Preventive Functions Dental Assistant (CPFDA). Chrissy is also listed in the Professional Women's "Who's Who in America". Currently, Chrissy is involved with patient care in a variety of capacities, not only assisting with clinical procedures, but also with scheduling, billing, and handling patient phone calls.
Tabitha
Tabitha came to our office with dental and physical healthcare experience and has been assisting our patients, staff, and doctor since 2005. She was raised in the New Orleans area and graduated from Louisiana State University. Our patients find her warm smile, personalized care, and wonderful sense of humor very pleasing. She has attained certification in dental radiology and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry. You can trust her to be very helpful and gentle.
Sarah
Sarah was raised in the Flathead Valley and has been a dental assistant at Bigfork Dental Center since 2006. Our patients look forward to her big smile, enthusiasm, and friendly attitude. Following college in Great Falls, Sarah has gained certification in dental radiology and is highly skilled in all facets of her profession. You can count on her to be very caring, understanding, and accommodating.
